The following image depicts the contents of your quarantine mailbox.  From this console, you can choose to (Deliver) the message immediately, (Whitelist) the sender so they will never be quarantined again or simply delete the message.  If you just leave the messages in your mailbox, they will automatically be purged after 30 days.
