- Close "Outlook 2000".
- Select "START", "Settings",
"Control Panel".
- Double Click the "Mail" icon.
- Select the "Internet E-mail"
information service.
- Click on the "Properties"
button.
- Select the "General" tab and
make sure all information is correct.
- Select the "Servers" tab and
check the following:
- "Incoming Mail (POP3)"
is set to "mail.shconsulting.com"
- "Outgoing Mail (SMTP)"
is set to "Whatever your ISP provided"
- "Account Name" is
set to the username you were assigned by S&H.
- "Password" is set
to the password you were assigned by S&H.
- "Remember Password"
should be checked
- IMPORTANT ... If you
changed any of the above information and you are using "Norton
Anti-Virus", you will need to let "Norton" configure
your E-Mail protection again !
- The "Connection" and "Advanced"
should not need any modifications.
